The International Energy Policy & Programme Evaluation Conference (IEPPEC) builds a community to support the evaluation of carbon neutral and mitigation policies and programmes to ensure wise investment of resources. Part of the programme are several contributions by researchers from the Wuppertal Institute.

Part of the session on "Innovations in the evaluation of multiple benefits of energy efficiency" is the presentation "Widening the Perspective: An Approach for Evaluating the Multiple Benefits of the 2030 EU Energy Efficiency Potential" by Johannes Thema.

Stefan Thomas moderates the panel "Energy Efficiency Watch and Updated EU Policies" and the session "National Implementation of EU Policies".

As part of the session "Standards and Labeling" will Thomas Götz talk about "The New South African Standards and Labelling Programme for Residential Appliances" by presenting a first-hand evaluation case study.
