Manfred Fischedick at European Energy Efficiency Conference

The World Sustainable Energy Days, one of the largest annual conferences in this field in Europe, offer a combination of events on sustainable energy and gathered experts from all over the world to discuss sustainable energy issues for more than 20 years. The event offers up-to-date information on technologies, policies and markets, and a platform for new contacts and cooperations.

The programme comprises eight conferences on energy efficiency, biomass and sustainable buildings as well as four interactive events (a major tradeshow, cooperation platform, site visits and poster presentation). Prof. Dr. Manfred Fischedick, vice-president of the Wuppertal Institute, takes part in the European Energy Efficiency Conference. He will talk about the energy transition in view of global megatrends.

The conference takes place in Wels, Austria. It is organised by the OÖ Energiesparverband, the energy agency of Upper Austria aiming to foster energy efficiency and renewables. You find more information on the programme and how to register on the conference website.
