On behalf of the Ministry on Transport, Energy and Spatial Planning of the State of Northrhine-Westphalia the Institute contributed to the Implementation Report to the Climate Mitigation Strategy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. Our research covered the effects of existing policies and measures on the federal and the state level for the fields of the ecological taxt reform, the state owned buildings, the residential sector, the renweable energies, agricultural and transport sector as well as the GHG emission inventory of the state.
