In her keynote, Tina Fawcett from the Environmental Change Institute at the University of Oxford will speak about "Cities and the climate emergency." During the conference the winners of the Compete4SECAP energy saving competition will receive their awards. The project activities have been evaluated by the Wuppertal Institute.
