Chemical Recycling is a trending topic that will likely play a crucial role in making the chemical industry circular and climate-neutral. The cross-border event for Business collaboration and matchmaking between all relevant German (NRW) and Dutch stakeholders in the chemical recycling value chain takes place on 15 September 2022. It takes place against the backdrop of the Circular Economy Hotspot NRW 2022.

Participants will get to know the latest developments and innovations in the field of chemical recycling and how cross-border collaboration can foster growth toward a circular plastic sector. Dr. Henning Wilts, Director of the Circular Economy Research Division at the Wuppertal Institute, will held a keynote speech on the state of development of the Circular Economy in North Rhine-Westphalia at 13 pm (CEST). The programme includes plenary presentations, pitches, workshops, matchmaking services, and Networking dinner.

The session is organised by the privat-public platform Holland Circular. The Wuppertal Institute supports the event as a partner. Further information can be found under the links below.
