Als Kooperationspartner der DECON hat das Institut einen Workshop für Entscheidungsträger und Ministerialbeamte aus den MEDA-Staaten organisiert und durchgeführt.
Das Institut lieferte Beiträge zu den Themen Energieeffizienzpolitik sowie Verkehr und Umwelt zum Workshop-Handbuch. Außerdem wurden vier Vorträge während der Workshops gehalten.
