In the project TRANSfer backstopping, the Wuppertal Institute supports the TRANSfer project team with several organisational and technical inputs regarding MRV of transport NAMAs. Inputs include the conceptual design, organisation and follow-up work of the 3rd MRV Expert Group Meeting on MRV of transport NAMAs, as well as the revision of the MRV chapter in the practicioners handbook "Navigating Transport NAMAs". 
The TRANSfer project of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) supports decision-makers in developing countries in the development and implementation of nationally appropriate mitigation actions (NAMAs) in the transport sector.
