Development of a NAMA Concept Document for a Programme Regarding Bicycle Traffic in Colombia

Based on preliminary work regarding the concept, MRV (Measuring, Reporting and Verification) as well as costs and financing of the Colombian NAMA TAnDEM (Transporte Activo y Gestion de la Demanda), the Wuppertal Institute developed a full NAMA concept document in this project with the aim of presenting it to the public as well as to the government and potential donors.
