The principle "zero waste" is an elementary component of the Berlin coalition agreement (2016-2021). A key measure for achieving this is the reuse of products. However, so far products are rarely reused. The aim of this project is therefore to strengthen the reuse of used products in Berlin. For this purpose, the existing streams of used products with a potential for reuse will be identified first. Secondly, best practice examples of reuse projects in other municipalities will be determined in order to finally develop a viable concept to put the reuse of products into practice in Berlin.
