Driving Transformative Actions through Integrated and Innovative Approaches

The International Forum for Sustainable Asia and the Pacific (ISAP) aims at conducting diverse discussions on sustainable development in the Asia-Pacific region. 2018 marks ISAP's tenth anniversary. At the event, which takes place at the Pacifico Yokohama, Conference Centre in Japan from 18 until 19 July, international researchers will discuss integrated and innovative approaches to accelerate transformative actions.

Prof. Dr. Stefan Lechtenböhmer, Director of the Division Future Energy and Mobility Structures, has been invited as a speaker to the plenary sessions "Innovators Catching the Winds of Transition" and "Invitation to the Talanoa Dialogue: The World is Awaiting your Stories", which take place on 18 and 19 July. On 18 July, Dr. Julia Terrapon-Pfaff, working in the same division, will give a presentation in a session on the Water-Energy-Food Nexus. The session will focus on exchanging views on issues, challenges and opportunities for delivering effective solutions by using the nexus approach.
