"ÖkoBusinessPlan Wien" is a support programme of the Department of Environmental Protection Vienna offering initial advice and consultancy for small and medium enterprises in the Austrial capital. Within the evaluation of the 4th programme period (2010-2013), the Wuppertal Institute conducts a quality assurance of the öbp-database and analyses both impacts and efficiency of the programme. On this basis the Wuppertal Institute compiles an outcome balance for each year of the programme. Parallel to the monitoring, the project partner KMU Research Austria performs a suplementary survey in the participating enterprises to broaden the empirical basis for the acquisition and interpretation of the programme outcomes.
