Under contract from Electricité de France and in co-operation with Ecole des Mines (Paris und Nantes), the Wuppertal Institute will first produce an overview of methods for ex-post evaluation of energy efficiency programmes and services (Demand-Side Management) used in Europe. In a second step, evaluation methods adapted to the French situation will be developed.
