The project also focuses on selected cities/metropolitan region in the respective country and analyses the local plans, programmes and policy documents in order to find out local priorities, the local context of those priorities, local measures and their effects. It also aims to find out how smart approaches from the study can be transferred to Germany and vice versa, and to feed recommendations into the international arenas.
